The Beach Café is in a superb location overlooking Sandown Beach, just across from the Pier, with beautiful views of the Bay and is open all year.

Family run since 2013, we are renowned for our friendly service and relaxed atmosphere. A perfect location to relax with a nice cool beer or glass of wine or one of our excellent Segafredo coffees. Our menu offers a variety of home-cooked dishes all prepared to order to include Speciality Breakfasts, Lunches and in the Summer Evenings we are open for Dinner.

Ventnor Bay Crab is on the menu in the Summer months and we offer a variety of home made cakes and desserts and Mr. Whippy Ice Cream. We now have tables on the seafront and free Wi Fi.

Things to do and see in Sandown
Sandowns main attraction is its lovely long sandy beaches. You can stroll along the promenade to neighbouring Shanklin in about half an hour or take in the stunning views along the Cliff Path. There are a number of watersports available in the high season from windsurfing to canoeing aswell as the Heights swimming pool.

If it is family attractions you are looking for Sandown has a whole host that will keep little ones entertained. The Isle of Wight Zoo in Yaverland is famous for its care of big cats and Madagascan animals and was the home of ITV’S Tiger Island. Just next door to the Zoo is Dinosaur Isle, Britains first purpose built dinosaur museum. Moving along the seafront you come to Sandowns main attraction, Sandown Pier. With ten pin bowling, crazy golf Magic Kingdom, dodgems and much more it really is a whole days fun in one.
